What it does

If you take an injectable medication on a schedule, you're supposed to rotate where you inject, and it's easy to lose track. SiteCycle remembers for you.

  • Site rotation. A body map colors each site red, amber, or green based on how recently it was used, and suggests the one that has rested longest. The thresholds scale with how many sites you have in rotation, so there's always at least one green site to reach for.
  • Injection log. Site, date, dose, and a note, color-coded by body region.
  • Doses and adherence. A timeline of dose changes, a calendar of taken and missed days, your streak, and an adherence percentage.
  • Growth tracking. Height and weight over time, with BMI and growth rate.
  • Presets and reminders. A medication catalog that fills in the usual unit and injection areas, and local notifications for scheduled doses.
  • Reports. A PDF summary to print or share at an appointment.

Private by design

Everything is stored on the device. The app can be locked behind your passcode or biometrics, and nothing leaves unless you export or share it yourself.

How it's built

It started as a single HTML prototype and was rebuilt in Flutter. The code is layered: a domain layer with the models and pure logic for rotation, adherence, dose, and growth math, kept free of database and UI code so it can be unit tested on its own; a data layer with a Drift database on SQLite; and feature folders for each screen. State is handled with Riverpod.
